A MESSAGE FROM OUR CEO

The Housing Market Warms Up for Spring

After a slower-than-expected start to the year, the housing market appears to be regaining its footing. Harsh winter weather in the first quarter created temporary headwinds, limiting both buyer activity and new listings. However, those conditions didn’t diminish demand. They delayed it. As spring warms up, that pent-up demand is beginning to surface, positioning the market for a stronger and more active season. In this issue, we'll look at the first quarter of 2026 and the surprises it brought.
